Client Rights

Every client receiving services through Go2Care has the right to:

  • Receive safe, non-medical care that supports daily living activities

  • Be free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, or discrimination

  • Have personal privacy and confidentiality respected

  • Participate in decisions regarding their care

  • Voice concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation

Non-Medical Care Services Only

Go2Care Solutions INC provides non-medical home care services exclusively.

We do not provide:

  • Medical care

  • Nursing services

  • Clinical treatments

  • Therapy or medical diagnosis

  • Medication administration

Our caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and supportive services in accordance with state regulations.

Caregiver Screening & Safety Standards

To protect clients and maintain high care standards, all caregivers associated with Go2Care meet California Home Care Organization requirements, including:

  • Criminal background checks (Live Scan)

  • Identity verification

  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening

  • Initial orientation and training

  • Ongoing oversight and performance monitoring

Caregivers are trained to follow established care plans and company policies while providing non-medical support in a safe and professional manner.

Abuse Prevention & Mandatory Reporting

Go2Care maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, neglect, or exploitation of any kind.

Our safety practices include:

  • Caregiver training on recognizing and preventing abuse

  • Immediate investigation of reported concerns

  • Compliance with mandatory reporting laws when applicable

Any suspected abuse or safety concern is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect and protect client privacy.

  • Client information is handled confidentially

  • Personal and care-related details are shared only as required for service coordination or by law

Complaints may also be reported to the California Home Care Services Bureau, which oversees Home Care Organizations in the state of California.
