Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Go2Care.co, we are committed to providing a transparent and user-friendly experience. Please review the following policy regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Care Seekers and Care Providers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard:

  • Navigate to Account Settings.
  • Click Manage Subscription.
  • Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Once canceled, users will continue to have access to their subscription features until the end of their current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. No Refunds for Partial Use or Prior Billing

Go2Care.co maintains a strict no-refund policy on all subscription payments:

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a subscription period.
  • All charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, including automatic renewals.
  • Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

3. Trial Periods

If your plan includes a free or discounted trial period, cancellation must be completed before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven billing errors, such as duplicate charges. To request a review, please email support@go2care.io within 7 days of the charge.
