Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds, and the $49 background check fee. It applies to Care Seekers and Care Providers using Go2Care.co.


Subscription cancellation. Cancel anytime from the account dashboard: open Account Settings, select Manage Subscription, choose Cancel Subscription, and confirm. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. No new charges post after cancellation.


No prorations or retroactive refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. We do not issue credits or partial refunds for unused time, mid-cycle downgrades, or late cancellations. Users are responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid future charges.


Trials. If your plan includes a free or discounted trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing. Once the trial converts, standard non-refund terms apply.


Billing errors only. Refunds are considered solely for verified billing errors (for example, duplicate charges or platform-side processing mistakes). Email support@go2care.io within seven calendar days of the charge. Approved corrections are issued as a reversal to the original payment method.


Background checks. The $49 background check triggers immediate third-party processing. Once ordered, it is strictly non-refundable and not creditable, whether or not results are used, the candidate is engaged, or service plans change. Order only when prepared to proceed.


Charge disputes. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@go2care.io first so we can investigate and resolve. Filing a bank dispute before contacting us may delay resolution.


Processing timelines. Approved refunds or reversals post back to the original payment method; bank display times vary by issuer.
Policy changes. We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.Ā
